Your left knee should be in line with your left foot. Next you will need to inhale deeply and as you do you will need to stretch your body towards your left foot and lean down on your left hip. Your arms should follow this movement so that your right is pointing to the sky and your left is on the back of your calf muscle. Your head should be positioned to look towards your right arm. Breathe in as you straighten yourself back to the starting position and breathe out as you bring your arms back down. You will then repeat this movement but to your other side. This will strengthen your back and elongate your cartilage.
